Grievance Officer
This is published under Rule 3(2) of India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which requires an intermediary to name a Grievance Officer and publish their contact details.

What to include
- Your name and how to reach you.
- A link to the content or the account concerned.
- What the problem is.
- For a data-protection request, which right you are exercising.
How long it takes
Per Rule 3(2)(i), a grievance is acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and resolved within 15 days.
Data protection requests
This address is also how every right described in the Privacy Policy's “Your rights” section is exercised, because Mandiram has no self-service screen for any of them.
If you are not satisfied
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
