Shipping and Delivery

Last updated 13 October 2026.

Mandiram does not ship

Nothing bought on Mandiram is shipped or delivered. Every shop order is collected in person at the shop's counter.

How collection works

  • When you place an order, you get a pickup code.
  • The shop accepts the order and prepares it. The order page shows where it has reached.
  • When it is ready, you collect it at the counter by giving the pickup code.
  • The shop has 24 hours to accept an order; one it has not accepted by then is cancelled. See Cancellation and Refunds for what happens to a payment.

Donations

Donations to Mayash Foundation are made on mayash.org and involve no delivery.
